Exchange & Refund Policy

1. Refunds will be given should your product be faulty.  Please contact our team within 30 days of purchase to discuss your return.  Returns must be made within 7 days of confirmed arrangement with When The North Wind Blows management.  

We understand that customers may not open their products until the need arises.  We suggest that you review your product as soon as it is received and  contact our team should you wish to exchange as we are firm on our Return Policy.

2. Refunds will not be given for change of mind

3. If you do return your product, it will need to be unused and in it's original condition and packaging. 

4. Exchanges are welcome within 14 days of purchase with prior discussion with our team.  

5. No refunds or exchange on sale items.  

6. If you purchased your item in a store rather than online, your returns will need to be done via the store you purchased from.

If you believe the item to be faulty you will need to contact When The North Wind Blows within the above-mentioned time frame via email.   Unfortunately, your purchase can not be exchanged or refunded if these timelines lapse.
