Exchange & Refund Policy
1. Refunds will be given should your product be faulty. Please contact our team within 14 days of purchase to discuss your return. Returns must be made within 7 days of confirmed arrangement with When The North Wind Blows management.
2. Refunds will not be given for change of mind
3. If you do return your product, it will need to be unused and in it's original condition and packaging.
4. Exchanges are welcome within 14 days of purchase with prior discussion with our team.
5. No refunds or exchange on sale items.
If you believe the item to be faulty you will need to contact When The North Wind Blows within the above mentioned time frame. Unfortunately, should these timelines lapse, your purchase can not be exchanged or refunded.
